Shipping policy

Here at Sugar Glow Apothecary, we want to make sure you receive the freshest product possible. To ensure this, we only ship Monday through Wednesday. Any order placed on Tuesday after 9pm will be shipped the following Monday (After processing time,which can vary by order. Normal processing time is 3-5 days) This schedule makes sure your order is not sitting in a warehouse in heat over the weekend.

We utilize priority shipping with USPS to guarantee your product arrives fresh.

Please treat this shipment as a food delivery (even though you know that nothing we sell is edible, right?😉 EXTERNAL use only!). Some of our products are heat sensitive.

Leaving your order outside for hours may cause the butter in the product to melt. We are not responsible for deliveries that are damaged due to heat/neglect. We do our best to ensure the package will be kept cold during shipping. Please keep track of your shipping information so you know when to grab your products. 

Sugar Glow Apothecary LLC is not responsible for any damaged or missing packages. Once the item leaves our facility the duty falls on the mail carrier. If the package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with the carrier. When the claim is settled, you can reorder through the site, at no cost of Sugar Glow Apothecary LLC. If the item is damaged in transit and a claim is filed, we will replace the items upon receiving pictures of the damaged goods and a copy of your claim. It is Sugar Glow Apothecary's sole discretion whether or not to replace the damaged items. Please allow processing time.
